River Birch

River Birch is a native birch with attractive, exfoliating bark ranging from cinnamon brown to parchment, creating an interesting effect in the winter months. It's resistant to bronze birch borer and has golden-yellow fall color. It tolerates a wide range of soil moisture conditions but prefers more acidic soil. These trees are great candidates for up-lighting.
